| Terms and Conditions |
Once allotted the agreement is to be signed within 03 weeks. |

All payments to be paid only by demand draft or by local cheque favouring “Usha Builders & Developers (P) Ltd” payable at Guruvayoor. |

At the time of executing the agreement the amount due as per the payment Schedule has to be paid and balance payment through post dated cheque as per Schedule. |

Usha Builders & Developers (P) Ltd .reserves the right to accept or reject any application.

If the purchase is not entering into the Agreement with the Builder along with the payment within 03 weeks, the Builder has right to cancel the allotment. In case payments are not made as per Agreement signed, the Builder reserves the right to cancel the allotment, in which case the amount paid until such cancellation will be returned only after allotment of the villa to another purchaser, without any interest and a service charge will be deducted from the booking advance. |
